Early in Texas history, along the Rio Grande, there was a place where three cultures blended... Anglo, Indian and Mexican. The place became known as "Tres Lingues" now known as "Terlingua". Our cuisine reflects the blending of those cultures by offering Favorites from Both Sides of the Border.
