At Terlingua Texas Border Cafe, we treat our customers to the exotic, robust flavors of authentic American and Mexican foods. The owners of our restaurant, our chefs, and our staff of friendly servers strive to provide you with the perfect dining experience specializing in Gulf Coast regional fare from both sides of the border in the relaxed, casual atmosphere only found south of the Rio Grande.

Early in Texas history, along the Rio Grande, there was a place where three cultures blended... Anglo, Indian and Mexican. The place became known as "Tres Lingues" now known as "Terlingua". Our cuisine reflects the blending of those cultures by offering Favorites from Both Sides of the Border.
