Took a month to get my products:
Not sure if my review went through.

They held onto my products for about a month. They kept telling me they would call me tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. First, this is a freight company that delivers your freight packages to you.
They had my packages at their Seattle, Washington warehouse for about 3 weeks. They never said why they held onto them so long. I tried several times to get them to explain why, but they kept changing the subject. They were rude on the phone. I was nice. I didn’t start getting frustrated until I knew for sure they were lying to me.
This is when my freight arrived in Portland, Oregon, according to them. I live in Eugene, Oregon area. They were supposed to call me when my products arrived in Portland, but they didn’t. I had to call them once again.
About a week later, they finally set up an appointment with me on Dec. 14, 2016, which was a Tues. They said the trucker would be there tomorrow between 1-2pm. I said okay. They called me back later and said he needed to be there between 8-9am because a snow storm was coming, which it was. I said that is fine.
I asked them to please have the trucker open my front gate, which is super easy, you just lift the metal piece up. FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, all open it no problem. I asked that he call and knock on my door so I don’t miss him.
The next day, I see a call at 9:48am. This is now Wed, Dec 15th. I call right away at 10am. They claim the truck left already. That he waited for like an hour. I said why didn’t he knock? Why did no one call? They claimed they called several times, left messages, etc.
(What trucker would wait an hour? They have a schedule to keep.)
Anyway, so I check my phone records and messages. Nothing. I said, “My phone only shows you called at 9:48, after the truck supposedly left. I said, why didn’t he knock on my door? Tori, a female that works there claimed that the trucker couldn’t open the gate. What? I said, it is super easy, everyone opens it no problem. She was just silent.
I was now angry. They had already costed me several customers that have been waiting almost a month for their product because Terminal Transfer Inc. was supposed to only take a week, like other good freight companies, such as Road Runner.
I said, look, I just want to drive all the way up there and get my products. Tori said okay. I said, will you guys be open. She said yes, we will be open. She knew the snow storm was coming. This is why the trucker wanted to get to my house in the morning. I highly doubt he ever showed up.
I rent a Uhaul, 15 footer and drive up there. They know I am on my way. I get there and they are closed early. I check their site. It says they closed at like 1pm. What? Why didn’t they call me to let me know that they were going to close early because of the snow storm? A simple call would have saved me lots of time and $500. Instead, I have to rent a hotel, to get my products the next day, Thur. So now I’ve spent $600. The next day, their site says they will open 3 hours late.
I call the emergency number, which was Rebeca’s number. I could hear children in the background, so she was at least telling the truth that she stayed home. I asked her why no one called me, knowing I was on my way. I explained that a simple phone call would have saved me $500. Because if they would have called when they closed, I could have turned around and returned the Uhaul, which would have only costed me around $100 or so at that point.
She said sorry, they got the message from the higher ups and had to go home. I was like, so a snow storm is coming, and you guys just up and leave the building as if it is in fire and don’t call your customers? She said, well, we had to hurry. Okay, you didn’t have a minute to call me? It isn’t like they get many customers going there to pick up because they were a delivery service.
Then, after I get off the phone with her, the site says they are closed for the day because of the weather. What? No one has chains to get to work in the snow?
So I had to drive home. I called the next day, Friday morning. I asked to set up an appointment to deliver my products. They said it would take about a week before they can do that. I asked why. They gave no answer. Just that it will take a week.
I asked to talk to the manager. Mark. He wasn’t helpful at all. He couldn’t speed the time up, so I said I am going there to pick up my products. I asked him why no one gave me a call that they were closing early, how they costed me $600 and two days of my time. That two days of my time costed me even more than $600 because I couldn’t run my business while away.
I also lost many customers, which I explained to him because of their super slow service, which he wouldn’t explain. He wouldn’t tell me why they held onto my products for almost a month. Anyway, he promised me that he would be there, and he was when I got there. They took their sweet time helping me.
I was there for a good 30 minutes before someone even brought me my pallets. But after another $400 to get there with the Uhaul, I finally got my products.
No apology from anyone at the company. No one even tried to explain why it took so long. Just be honest. If you accidently lost my packages for a while, tell me. But nope, nothing. I can’t believe not even the manager apologized to me.
When I got there, Tori, Rebecca, and Mark all avoided me. Not one said a word to me.
They didn’t offer me any money back or anything. In fact, they had me pay them $56 for the attempted delivery, which I doubt ever happened. They can’t provide evidence a trucker was ever there. No neighbors saw such a trucker waiting around for an hour in huge truck.
I will never do business with this company again.
