I ordered 2200.00 worth of lights for my new home from Texas light Bulb and began the wait for them to arrive. I remained in close contact with the store until they stopped returning my calls.I made a personal trip to the store on Congress only to find the doors locked and no one available to do business with during normal business hours. We have now filed a report with police department and have a detective assigned to this case. If you are a customer and have experienced similar situations I strongly urge you to report it to detective Fowler Brown with the Austin Police Dept. His number is 1-512-974-5174. The more people who report their problem the better. It would also help if you ask for a resraining/injuction order to prevent Texas Light Bulb from removing merchandise now in their warehouses that belongs to MANY ripped off Customers like me.
