Chef JIB comes from a small town 50 miles north of Bangkok. Anxious to see the world in all its culinary delight, JIB spent over a decade in Bangkok before traveling to Hong Kong, the Philippines and, finally, California From his mother's recipes, he created, THAI THIS in 1992
