The pho is a "favorite" but this University District "family-run business" also serves less familiar Vietnamese specialties – "amazing and fresh" sinh, banh mi that's "a filling wonder" – that make it popular with UDub students and professors; though the functional space "does need some new decoration", prices "can't get much cheaper" and "enthusiastic" staffers "frequently check up on you."
