As an Apartment Locator in the Dallas area for over 10 years, I feel it my duty to warn people not to lease at this particular apartment complex. My personal experience was not good. The unit that we lived in was constantly infested with Texas-size roaches that could fly. The leasing staff at the time was not responsive or helpful. The construction of the apartments was poor, and I could hear conversations of my neighbors, thru the walls. There were security issues as well.
