The peri-menopause support I needed!:
The Balanced Being provided me with the information I needed to minimize the symptoms of peri-menopause. Robin taught me daily changes I could make, which has led to a smoother transition to this phase of life.

Easy, healthy recipes:
I really kicked my weight loss plan into high gear after working with Robin. She helped me identify which foods I needed to include more of in my diet and which ones to avoid. The recipes she shared were easy to follow. These small changes really made a difference in my weight loss goals.

Loved the sports massage and the Yoga Instructor:
I would highly suggest a sports massage session, they are customized for the individual. I also purchased a series of the yoga classes, as the price point is much more affordable than if you buy one class at a time. This place and the people are a class act.

Great selection of classes:
The Balanced Being has many classes to choose from and class times that fit with my busy schedule. Kelly is a fantastic instructor and can accommodate students at various levels.
