Just left this store completely disappointed. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by all of the variety. I tried 2 types of jerky and decided on the 3 beer bbq because it wasn't hard to chew and had a nice taste to it. While in the store (after purchasing) I opened it up because I was so hungry. The jerky was rock hard and hurt to chew it. I asked immediately to the guy who sold it to me why it wasn't the same and he told me that the one's in the bin were " a little different". He went to the back to his "mom" who was running the place and came back and said she instantly said no to doing anything about the issue. So, moral of the story... steer clear of this scam. They are misleading and have terrible customer service!
