Once dead and buried, this comprehensive East Village beer bar makes a triumphant return in its original locale. Like a zombie felled by a shotgun blast, the Belgian Room seemed down for the count. But the good-beer emporium staged an unlikely resurrection, returning to slake the thirst of NYC’s suds-loving hordes.
