Terrible experience:
When the Bellamy started out, they got the best reviews. The furniture was up to date, the apartments were new, and the office at the Bellamy seemed to genuinely care about their residents. However a few months after I signed my lease and moved in I could tell there are serious issues in the apartment buildings that are being ignored. Me and my roommates have had mice and it took weeks, and a call to the health department, before they finally came in and got rid of them. We later found out that there were holes in the wall behind the stove that they were coming in through, and we were told that the office here was aware of this because it was an issue with the previous residents. There were at least three other apartments at the same time here with mice. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop with mice. Good friends of mine moved in here and were greeted with bedbugs. This was also an issue that they knew of beforehand, and they still had residents sign a lease to that apartment.
Once you sign your lease here, you're stuck with whatever they give you. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
