Mr.Mihok called right before the appointment and said he would be late. And then, It was only minutes, so I thought it was very thoughtful . As he tuned my piano, I could hear that it was not in pitch and therefore I was thoroughly satisfied with the result, because he included the pitch raise tuning for the same price. And it's sounds just lovely. Very good experience.
