Much like its suburban cousin, this version of The Cajun Experience is housed in a quaint dwelling, though this is the downstairs of an old-timey townhouse on the edge of Adams Morgan. The small dining and bar area is cleverly decorated to have a New Orleans feel with posters and music setting the scene. But the real clinchers are the numerous New Orleans dishes with their sassy Cajun roots....

The Cajun Experience was featured in The Washingtonian magazine in "Best Bites", and less than a year later, June, 2010, was named one of the "Top 100 Best Bargain Restaurants" by The Washingtonian. The restaurant has also been featured in The Washington Post and The Washington Business Journal. In October, 2010, a second location was established in Purcellville, VA, and The Cajun Experience...
