Our programs and services include:

Healing Arts: Yoga, Guided Imagery, Qigong, Mediation for stress reduction, Reiki, Healing Touch, Reflexology, Massage Therapy and art and music programs

Wellness Services: Support Groups, Exercise Classes, Nutrition Lectures, and other educational programs
