The Castello Plan's kithcen closes at midnight daily. The bar is open until 2 am daily. The Castello Plan is closed between brunch and dinner from 4:30 pm and 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Wine bar takes inspiration from 1660 map by Jacques Cortelyou -- a name familiar at least to Ditmas residents. Spin-off of Mimi's Hummus a nice place for a grown-up evening of charcuterie and stellar wine. Weathered wood façade sets tone for warm, dim interior. Good conversation, flattering lighting the upsides of gentrification.
