Cedars Social Owners To Open Oyster Bar:
The empty building on at 4513 Travis Street that used to house Trece will soon be home to a new project from Cedars Social co-owners Brian Williams and Michael Martensen. According to the press release, The Establishment will be "a bar-centric take on the classic oyster bar" with an "ambitious beverage program", as would be expected from any project headed by cocktail master Martensen.
