We have martial arts / kung fu classes for adults, seniors, kids kung fu classes (ages 5-10) & juniors Wing Chun (ages 11-15) and preschool martial arts classes (age 3+). Our martial arts approach combines realistic self-defense & functional body movement with the integrated benefits of mind, body and spirit of traditional martial arts.
