Do not trust Dawn Aguilar:
I worked at a mortgage company with Dawn Aguilar in San Diego (she was based out of Phoenix) and she borrowed thousands of dollars from the owner to prevent her own foreclosure, and will not pay him back.
She also took money from clients, and the owner had to pay them back because she "spent the money" within 24 hours.

After the owner lost the mortgage company during the mortgage fall, and needed his cash back, she told him she made "SO MUCH MONEY THAT MY TAXES WERE HIGH" after she started The Foreclosure Group that she couldn't pay him back.

She is a liar and one not to trust, no matter what she names her company. She will claim to be a spiritual "good person" looking out for clients' interests, when in fact she's taking money and not paying it back. A complete fraud. I believe she is in San Diego now, but always has Phoenix ties. Look out for this B.S.'er. If you need back-up, just Google her name and the reviews speak volumes.

I am not surprised to see these posting about Dawn Aguilar. Ms. Aguilar used to work for a mortgage company about 7 years ago. She made allot of money by giving out bad loans to people that trusted her. And when i say allot, i mean $90K for 1 commercial loan! Now she is making money fixing bad loans! Doesn't seem right does it? I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed that she goes trolling form site to site writing great reviews about herself and her company.......... quiet pathetic and desperate if you ask me!

Here is her home address if anyone wants to go get there money back! Give her hell!

BEWARE of The Foreclosure Group. Take the word of someone who's been taken.:
After listening to her promises, I paid Dawn Aguilar (owner of The Foreclosure Group) thousands of dollars. Trusting her was probably THE biggest mistake I have ever made. She said she was an expert at "cutting through all the red tape that the banks create." Simply because she mishandled paperwork and missed deadlines, I lost my home to foreclosure. After that I didn't hear anything from her and she wouldn't take my calls. I would have been so much better off if I had never heard of her. If I had just Google'ed her before I gave her my trust and my money, I would have seen similar reviews from other customers.
