Once, I was a regular at this new venue in Columbia. With large screen t.v., great food, great music and an exciting new atmosphere... who wouldn't? In fact me and my girls (about 8 of us) would go almost every weekend. This past weekend will be our very last, ever. We walked in to what sounded and looked like a hip hop club in the inner city.
There were fights, bouncers throwing people out with no regard to the people in their path. At one pont there was a guy screaming that he was fixin to "shoot this place up!" Please keep in mind that this is Columbia, MD... just short of the Owen Brown Village Ceneter. As a columbian of 15 years, it saddens me to see the poeple that supported the jump start of your success being pushed out becasue of fear and disgust of the people that are now being attracted to this place. Change your music, up the drink prices and I see a long life.
