Hamers yes, anything else, go to the source:
If you are going to buy a little tools, go ahead, but if you are talking about appliances or any major thing for your house, better go to the little store or directly to manufacturer. Home depot has the BAD habit of giving you a decent price, BUT them upselling you and a warranty service that is neither good nor by the BRAND you purchased.
i.e. You buy a Maytag refrigerator and they sell you an "extended warranty" which sounds like a great plan, after you get your parts home and register them with the manufaturer, you learn that you could have paid LESS (way less) directly with manufacturer for that extended warranty, what is worst is that your warranty for (less say Maytag) now is to be serviced by GE (or other brand not the original) and that since they DO NOT service that brand, they will in turn send you ANY ONE from the street to fix your equipment, them of course this person does not have the pieces and you have to wait for over a week to get a refrigerator back working... so NO , DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from The Home Depot, and if you do, DO NOT buy their warranty.
