Don't use this man, he has extremely shady business practices. He took $1000 from my mother as a retainer fee, and drafted up a contract for her to file for bankruptcy - except he never filed it. That was months ago! She almost lost her home, and he has STILL not returned any of her calls.

Our new attorney has already mentioned that he is ripping people off to pay for his alcoholic wife's legal costs. Apparently this is common knowledge?
