Wayne Kristall represents my ex wife in our custody dispute. At the beginning of the school year, my ex-wife went to the school and told the staff that I was barred from picking up my son. I called the police who arrived and assessed the situation. They spoke via phone, to my attorney who told them to read our court order for verification that I was in fact exercising proper parenting time.
After they hung up with my attorney, Wayne K told them that I did not have my "Pick-Up" order and that without it, I was not to pick up my son.
Wayne passively admitted this in court by trying to jumble it with what he believed our order SHOULD say.
Wayne knew that there was no Pick-Up order. He knew that his client was denying me proper and court ordered parenting time. He knew that he was lying about the pick-up order. He knew that in lying about the pick-up order, that he was helping his client violate our court order.
This man is not an ethical person or attorney. He is unprofessional and worse.
Wayne knows who I am and I DARE him to prove me wrong in these accusations.
