My 2 yr old daughter went here for a few months, she screamed and cried terribly every day i took her there, that was the first sign, she acted scared sometimes, she didn't talk about anyone except for one little boy. Then one day my husband went to pick her up and her pretty little face wasn't so pretty, scraped up and swollen, and arms and knees all scraped up. NO ONE called us or even said anything to him when he got her, Our daughter kept saying she fell off the slide. The next day I went to talk to the owner and she said that there was a plumbing problem...well excuse me but a freakin plumbing problem is not an excuse to not watch my child or to not call me! She said that she was at the top of the ladder of the slide (by her self cuz the teachers I have seen just let the kids play by their self and stand with their backs to them talking to each other rather than watching them) Anyway standing at the top looked down at a kid on the ladder and fell from the top on her face!!! #1 she could have broken her neck, got a concussion and i would have never known! #2 why are 2 yr old allowed to climb on high things like that with no one watching or no one standing by it to catch them if they fall. #3 Why are they letting more than one child on the slide at once, what happened to teaching them to take turns and one at a time. with Toddlers you really need to be right there with them and watching them. this is not the first indecent she has gotten hurt pretty bad, but this time was no call no nothing...not even a report about it. All they seem to care about is the paperwork to make them look good.
