Mad greek Cafe too daring, too crazy, to ethnic for the time but, based on our success, that opened the doors to explore and try to serve some food in a nontraditional way. we introduced to California (and maybe the word - even Greece) the original fried zucchini sticks, peel on natural fries, the natural desert water and the first to serve the famous qyro/pita/zaziki on the west coast.
