Our experience with The Maids was the most awful and unpleasant one that my wife and I have ever had with a business. The quality of cleaning ranged from mediocre to poor; and beware of the individual who runs the business ( JOE ). During a phone conversation with my wife he was unnecessarily rude, using abusive language and then hanging up on her. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Regardless of any confusion or disagreement over the matter being discussed, there's no excuse for that kind of behavior which left my wife shocked and upset.
