We hired The Maids for a deep cleaning service and were blown away at what an amazing job they did on our house. The girl I initially spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the entire cleaning process and how the cleaning was done in specific rooms of the home. They were scheduled to arrive between 2-4 pm and they arrived promptly at 2:00. There were 4 girls and the cleaning was scheduled for 1.5 hours. With tax this cleaning came to $274.00 based on the rooms and size of our house. The Maids were worth every penny. When they were finished, my house was sparkling! I have never seen my stainless steel appliances shine the way they were, my bathrooms were immaculate, our hardwood floors had a mirror-like shine, etc. I really can’t say enough about what a wonderful job was done. I was surprised at the other reviews I read but I can only speak for myself. I live in the Woodbridge area and had my house cleaned yesterday and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their place cleaned.

The Maids for Union, Essex, and Morris counties were really sloppy which is a bad trait for a cleaning service. They stopped cleaning some parts of my house and then told me that I would need to pay more if I wanted them to do the job that I hired them for. They were very rude to the point where they actually insulted me! Between that and finding some damaged items that were fine before they "cleaned" my house (they refused to acknowledge that they damaged the items), I had to stop using them. I used them several times and initially they were okay but over time I was able to see that they were just taking advantage of me.
