Worst Apartment:
I honestly wish it were possible to leave no stars on everything. From all the apartments I've lived in over the years this is the absolute worst apartment ever. I would say the ONLY positive thing is they allow animals over 25 pounds. However, to have said animal you are charged a $250 pet deposit (which doesn't go toward any damages in the house, so it's basically just giving them unnecessary money) as well as charged another $35 each month per pet. The noise is terrible in here, you can here everything. I had a neighbor who would play his guitar (badly might I add) at all hours of the day, sometimes till 3am. I could hear every terrible vocal as could my children (ranging from 5 to 2.) After calling the "courtesy police" multiple times, the issue was never resolved. Safety is a joke around here. There are MULTIPLE drug deals in the parking lot each day as my husband and myself have witnessed. Tenants would shoot their guns off their balcony's as well as smoke marijuana and cigarettes in their apartments (which would come threw the ventilation and you could smell it as they were smoking it in your apartment.) Again after calls to the front office, the issue was never resolved. The neighborhood is terrible and you constantly get people coming up and asking you for money "so they don't have to steal it." Maintenance shouldn't even have such title as they would come in to "fix" things and do a terrible job. The tenant is better off fixing things themselves. The staff is rude and unprofessional as they are just out to make their money. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to move into this apartment complex. On move out we were told by three staff members to clear out trash, belongings and vacuum and this would more than suffice. After moving out and getting our estimate on our return of our security deposit, we are being charged $800 for the replacement of carpet which had "non-removable staining" (I attached a picture of the $800 worth of damage) that I could have gotten out myself but was told not to worry about staining. After speaking with other military members (and reading other reviews), we are not the first family to be outrageously charged for move out. Overall this place is a terrible place to live for a family unless drug deals, gun shots and being screwed over is your kind of thing.
