In my opinion, S. Rubin did not adequately answer my questions or prepare me for ADR. I wish I had the foresight to ask him what role he would play in ADR and to what extent he would argue on my behalf. I'm someone with no legal background and no experience in any type of litigation, yet I ended up defending myself as if I had no attorney, even though he was sitting next to me.
