My husband and I went up there to purchase a gun safe. We have a family business right around the corner and wanted to give our money to a similar company instead of a big box store. The owner was frustrated from the start of us walking into the door, we receive no "hi, how can I help you," basically a what do you want. My husband had previously talked to a salesman there and had received pricing. The owner did not want to uphold the quoted price. In discussion he was throwing paper and other items when my husband asked about delivery fees and costs. After discussing the price the owner Bill became very upset and then cussed at us multiple times, told us to leave, and go somewhere else for the safe. At this point I was so upset that we were being treated so terribly I spoke up and told him not to treat us this way. Hot-head Bill Mahan said he was going to get his gun then. I guess he was going to shoot a newly married couple innocebtly trying to purchase from a reseller. Needless to say this is not a company or person you want to do business with. I'm extremely offended and scared that a lunatic can own a business or a gun for that matter. I hope Im helping other shoppers to purchase from good companies
