Friendly atmosphere with fair prices:
I've been here three times since I moved here. The first visit was a bit disappointing, mainly because a friend and I went on a Thursday night when the bar was practically empty. But on weekends the place is packed, and you might have trouble finding a place to sit.
Denise makes great cocktails (minus martinis), Johnny recommended some really good Rye whiskey to me the other day, and the third bartender (don't know her name) seemed friendly.
The down side to this bar is that they don't have a kitchen, but they do have a gigantic book which lists every restaurant in town that delivers. From what I heard, The Snug will be getting their own kitchen pretty soon.
