We have two spacious (1000 sf and 700 sf) studios gorgeously appointed to elicit calm, focus, and pure positive energy into your practice. We currently have 24 classes for all levels at convenient times throughout the week and feature hot flow, flow, Hatha, power, prenatal, kids and teen yoga (coming soon), Qigong, and more.
