An institution since 1958, this large crab shack on the beach, 5 mi north of Sequim, specializes in Dungeness's famed crustacean. Although the clawed creatures are served many ways here, these crabs are so fresh that it's best to simply have them with lemon and butter.

The 3 Crabs is an award-winning waterfront restaurant in operation for more than 46 years. Their specialties include chilled Dungeness Cracked Crab, Crab Louie, open-faced crab sandwich and Dungeness crab cakes. They also offer wild salmon and halibut, fillet of sole, prawns and scallops along with a variety of shellfish entrees including local little neck clams and Pacific Northwest oysters.
