The Universal, the popular North Denver restaurant known for its Southern fare has parted ways with chef Seth Gray, the Denver Post reported. A source told the Denver Post's restaurant critic Bill Porter that Gray had been let go by the restaurants owners, Steven Sharp and Kourtnie Ray Harris.
