If there was a "zero starts" I would use that. In my opinion, this store is corrupt, dishonest and is now subject to a police complaint regarding theft of customers money. Salem News report. My problem is a many month long UPS insurance claim that this store refuses to give me a check for the money I am getting from UPS corporate. Constant delays, excuses, run-arounds, and bald faced lies. In my opinion, run the other direction and go to another UPS store in Marblehead or anywhere else. Beware..
