The Yoga Stand is a hot flow yoga studio - classes are heated to approximately 90 degrees and we flow through sun salutations and transitional poses in a sequence designed to create heat, energy and grounding. We specialize in the Baptiste form of yoga and our instructors are all 200 RYT at minimum. Join us for yoga, teacher training, master classes and more!
