DISCONNECT is set in the windowless, night-time offices of a call center in India, where energetic Indian twenty-somethings with fake names & fake accents dream the American dream as they chase down credit card defaulters in America. Through their hopes & disappointments, the play explores the disconnected strands of our inter-connected global economy.

After an eight-month long and two-million dollar renovation of the Last Laugh , this state-of-art Theatre was inaugurated in June 2000.
