Thermo cool is not knowledgeable about new carrier equipment. They did an extremely bad job at my home. Most of the work they did was not done to code even though they claim it to have been. They have resisted all attempts to fix the problems that I am having with the heating system they installed. The owner Milton Wood was very nasty and arrogant and rather than offering to fix the problems with his installation he said "you got what you paid for" and if your cold "put a blanket on". This is not a company that I would advise anyone to do business with. Once they get your money they could care less what happens.
