Extremely poor customer service and product:
Horrible customer service and internet connection. Multiple weeks fixing a problem with constant dropouts and/or timeouts. Oversold service for a housing development and appeared to cheapskate fixes as much as possible. Personal connection shut off for using too much bandwidth on said oversold connection. I have never heard of an ISP expecting customers to manage their own bandwidth (a GB per month limit, sure, but bandwidth? laughable to expect the average customer to know how to control that). Received no communication that connection was shut off, and staff was unavailable over a holiday weekend. Tech support line often found with voice mail box full, so leaving a message wasn't even an option.
