I do not recommend anyone to this salon, especially not to Vicki. I asked her to do the roots to my highlights and she completely messed up my hair after three foils and still did not get the color right. She then told me to call the girl that did my hair the first time to get the "number" of the stuff she was using the first time she did it, so that she could try to match it up.......try to match it up??? Shouldn't she already know how to do it? Not much of a stylist, so DO NOT GOT TO VICKI if you want to get color or highlights done.

I then called the manager of the Salon and she proceeded to pass the buck with the stupid excuse of "the stylists lease their station", my advice to her..." your salon is only as good as the stylists you have working in your place.....you are going to lose clients that way."

Vicki told me to come back the next day so she could fix it, but really? Why would I go back to a place when even with three attempts she couldn't get it right, so the next business day I called the stylist to get my money back and she tells me that she doesn't think it's fair for me to ask her for my money back......really? Not fair? Who is the one that had her hair messed up and then had to pay double to get it fixed......ME.

No credibility whatsoever!!!
