After scheduling a morning appointment based upon their calendar no one showed. By mid afternoon I called and they said the tech was hung up on another job and could not make it. We rescheduled for Friday AM and none showed again. I gave them one last chance at Monday morning and again no showed. After a call they showed at 1:15. After the first call they said they would adjust the bill due to inconvenience but techs and another phone rep said no. After using my ladder, that they did not put back in locationafter the work was complete they tried to over bill be for 10 minutes of work and caulk for rework they did two years ago. I told them I would only pay the basic change and the tech said OK and they left. I would not recommend them.
