Don't Get Ripped Off:
I had a technician come over to my house on 06/22/2010 and charge me $70 for a less than 5 minute diagnosis on my dishwasher. Then turned around to tell me I had no power without pulling the dishwasher out from underneath the cabinet. HOW CAN SOMEONE POSSIBLY DIAGNOSE A DISHWASHER WITHOUT PULLING IT OUT FROM UNDER THE CABINET? They wanted to charge another $80 to pull out the machine which I did myself in under 2 minutes. Don't get ripped off. I don't recommend this company to anyone because of their business practices and HIDDEN FEES.

Showroom Savvy--Service Sorry!:
We purchased what was supposed to be a "top of the line" washer & dryer from Thompson's. Two years later, dryer not working. Tech came out, took one look, pushed one button, and told us we needed to buy a specific tool from Thompson's and clean out the vent system ourselves--sorry not part of his job. Took him 10 minutes max and cost us $165. Ice maker also not working properly--tech opened the freezer door, took out two ice cubes and said the system would need to be replaced. Cost to replace and ice maker that is two years old--almost $400.
The WORST service we've ever received. Call to Thompson's equally disappointing. Seems it's
just the way they do business after a sale is made. Too bad.
