The RV was billed, paid, and "services complete" after two full business days in their service department. There were two main issues to be addressed and a summary service. The plumbing issue involved a pipe leak behind the toilet. The thermostat and cooling/fan issue was stated as fixed. After pickup, the issues persisted. Upon our first hookup on vacation, the leak behind the toilet immediately flooded the bathroom. The AC would not operate for more than 3 mins before the breaker would switch off at three different RV Park, 30 amp hookups... The service was completely dishonest, and the customer service one of the worst experienced. Caroline Thompson was extremely rude and unwilling to reasonably work with us to repair the issues that were already claimed to be repaired. She claimed they were rushed... not an excuse for dishonest service. I am writing this review as a warning to others Don't expect to get quality service, nor honest business here. We walked away and are currently paying to have these repairs actually repaired elsewhere.
