It sounds like you dont like the owner of the company, so your trying to slander his company. Im sorry to hear that. I am presently working at Tibor Protection and have been with this company for 12 years. I do not use drugs nor know of anyone of the employees that do drugs. They randomly do drug tests on all employees so i dont know how they would get away with that. This is a security job that is high paced but simple. As long as you stay alert, use common sense, and know how observe and report.

I have never in my life heard a boss tell an employee to go smoke meth tibor who is the boss treats his employees like dirt and if u want to work at this company be prepared to psy the boss to work for him thats about how much gas u will be using just to go to work he calls u b@!%h and dog over the radio so every guard can hear he also like to smoke drugs with his employees if u choose to work for this company be prepared for the worst job ever he makes everything sound sooo great at first but after two weeks if u dont jump when he says or be his slave then he will take away hours and eventually take u off shift
