We waited a long time (45 minutes) for our food due to a large party in the banquet room. I really think that ALL the customers are a priority. This was to be our Valentine's dinner. Our drinks were served with unwrapped straws already in them which in my opinion is gross considering they may have already been used: a big cross contamination issue. My girlfriend ordered the chicken ceasar salad. I was served my salad right away while she continued to starve for 45 minutes. When she received her salad there was a hair in it, the plate was dirty. and the ceasaer dressing was inedible. My dinner, a rib chicken combo, was served with a lemon slice that looked like it had been a garnish on previous customers' dishes. I squashed it so they could not use it again. The lemon was a greyish yellow color. The ribs were overcooked to the point that they were cremated with hardly any edible meat on the bones. I am convinced they were a product of roadkill because some of the bones were broken. The chicken tasted like it had been stewed in filth. The barbecue sauce was congealed and piled on both meats, most likely to hide the foul meat underneath. The rib bones were vaporized on the ends. The waitress was a sweet woman named Dee and her service was great. I gave her a ten dollar because I feel these servers are at the mercy of poor management and cooking and probably suffer in tips due to others' incompetence. After eating here I wanted to commit a crime and go to jail just so I can have a better meal.
