My husband and I were working with Ticor to do a title transfer for about a month. They lost our paperwork they had specifically asked us to write up and get hand signatures of all 4 parties involved and then blamed us for their mishap, and on top of it all they treated us like we had never even talked with them. When we got frustrated with Doug who was being extremely condescending and disrespectful, he told us to go take our business elsewhere. We promptly did, and had great service from Pacific Title in the same day. I strongly suggest never using this business, do not let these employees waste your time.
