By far the worst service. I custom ordered an item, despite the uncomfortable sales environment, and was told it would take three weeks. Three weeks passed and I received no call. When I called, I told it would be ready by the next day and they would call me. I called the next day, since no one contacted me, and was told, with no apology, that it wasn't coming, that it had never been scheduled to arrive that day, and they would call me the next week. No call the next week. I called and was told the order was lost, which was then corrected to say the jeweler was reordering stones and it would be ready the next week. No call. I call back again: mid week, next week. No call. I call this morning, they say it will be here this afternoon. I show up and it was never sized, despite my knowing they sized my finger in the shop two times. So it doesn't fit and now it is going back out. No apology. When will it be back? "Depends on the weather." Then I'm told it will be back on Wednesday. I won't hold my breath. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional staff and strongly advise against any purchases.

The jewerely is the greatest quality, wouldn't by anywhere else

Picking out wedding rings is usually pretty difficult task specially if you can not agree on a certain style. we walked in to keepsake jewelers and in less than an hour we were out of the store with a gorgeous set...... Thank you keepsake for making this a very non stressful event.

Great staff. They help me find what I exactly want when I step out the store. And I think I don't need to describe more about their quality. Awesome.
