The exposed brick interior and blazing fireplace make this a cozy spot to spend an entire night in the winter, but come summer everyone takes it outdoors-or at least tries to, as the table wait can be fierce. This is one of Lincoln Park's biggest pickup scenes for the late 20s-30s Jetta set, with an anything goes (i.e. no dress code, no cover, no class) attitude. Eat dinner (if you must) but...

A favorite gathering spot for good-looking 20- and 30-somethings, Tilli's is an upscale version of the neighborhood bar. In nice weather, the entire front opens to the street; when it's chilly, try to snag a table near the brick fireplace in the main dining room. You can snack on appetizers or order dinner, but the main attraction is the front room, where everyone people-watches around the bar.
