When I see the ads promising to save money on car insurance, I'm tempted to run the numbers to see how much I might save. But offfers to save money almost always involve some kind of tradeoff, and for a lot of companies the tradeoff is service. Buying online or buying from a second-tier company might save me money up front, but I always worry I'm going to pay for it, one way or another, down the road when I need service. State Farm coverage is as good as it gets, and the service I get from the staff at Tim Crabtree's agency has been excellent as well. The folks at Tim Crabree's office put a friendly face on the "big insurance company" image of State Farm. I've been working with the same people for 7 years now. There is very little turnover at the agency, which suggests the office is well managed and that the staff feel good about the work they are doing there. I certainly feel good about doing business with them, because I get great service and State Farm peace of mind.
