Found them by way of groupon and when they arrived at my residence said the standard groupon tint was sub standard, and offered another 3 levels that were better. I went with the 3rd level of 4 because it was LIFETIME guaranteed against scratches or any other imperfections at much more of a cost. This was in Nov 2012 and in Nov 2012 I noticed a scratch of the RF window tint so I called Dave and he said he was swamped could I call after the holidays. I called again in January 2013 and he told me to text him my name and address. I did. Heard nothing for a few weeks texted again. Nothing for a few more weeks, texted again, nothing for a few more weeks then suddenly a call from Dave he would be in the area Thursday,(now into end of Feb.) and would call me. Never happened. Called him again and set up an appointment for April 2 through his secretary and they would call day before with time. On April 1, I called to find out what time He would be here the next day and said to call office in morning. I called Dave April 2 and he did not answer someone else did and said Dave is out in the field and that he would call the secretary would would call me. As of April 9 2013 have heard nothing and don't care anymore. FOLKS,THIS BUSINESS WILL NOT RETURN !!!! GOOGLE THIS BUSINESS WITH BBB (better business bureau) after the name and BBB has an alert out for them. Why groupon still allows their business to sell on groupon is beyond me.

violent robbery:
Groupon advertised that Tint and Audio Express would tint 4 windows on my car for $89. On Sept 3rd when done the owner Dave Hoeksema tried to upsell me handing me a bill for $375 and demanding cash. His website and Groupon specified credit cards are accepted. I offered to pay $89 with a credit card as advertised, Dave gave the credit card info to a girl at his office. A week later my online credit card statement showed $349.99 had been charged. Three months later after Visa investigated the dispute the $349.99 charge was reduced to the $89 but I still haven't received $189 Dave cash robbed while threatening me with a box-cutter razor blade knife. Manatee County Sheriff Office detectives handed the case a four different detectives, after 3 months of BS I'm hoping the victim advocate really did report this to the State of Florida. I found the addresses of the offices of Tint and Audio Express, phone numbers, what I think is Dave's last name and several other incidents on Yelp, Yellow Pages, the Better Business Bureau and other comsumer websites but the Mamtee County Sheriff's office detectives couldn't find any of that information.
