It would have been easy to make this a nice experience but instead, lack of communication led to me spending 100 bucks more than I had to and the day I was getting inked turned into a bad experience due to someone who works there who was rude to me, but sweet to my husband. Plus, she denied it when I asked "why" in front of her boss! Felt more like a bureaucrat's office where you can expect that kind of treatment. I will take my hundreds of dollars of business elsewhere from now on.
