Customer service sucks:
Owner stated when he put the sprinklers in that I was going to have to pay $40 for winterization for the next 5 years. (No problem) Then sends me a bill for spring start-up that he never said anything about. Called one day in the spring and said he was going to be in the area.. I thought he was going to come by.. check him work since I had the system put in at the end of the season last year. This year when he called he was very rude. When I told him I didn't want him to do it this year, that my dad was going to do it he said "fine.. I'll void your warrenty." VERY RUDE on the phone the last 2 times I've spoken to him and I would never recommend this service to ANYONE!
